At HARVEY & MAX, each piece is thoughtfully made just for you.
Rather than producing in bulk, we create every order on demand - minimising waste and only making what's needed. It's a small but meaningful step towards a more considered way of creating.
As Sisters, we grew up with hand-me-downs, and as we got older, we loved nothing more than "borrowing" (aka stealing!) each other's clothes - so creating pieces meant to be worn, shared, and loved just feels right to us.
Because your item is made to order, we recommend reviewing our size guide and product imagery carefully before purchasing, to ensure the perfect fit.

RETURN POLICY:
We want you to absolutely love your HARVEY & MAX pieces 💛
If something's not quite right, we're here to help make the process as easy as possible.
You're welcome to return your item in its original condition for:
- An exchange
- Store credit
*Please note that return shipping costs for exchanges or store credit requests are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
If you opt for an exchange, we'll send your new item out once we've received and approved your returned item.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from marks, perfume or damage

Store Credit
Prefer to choose something else? We're happy to issue store credit for the value of your item at the time of purchase (excluding shipping), so you can find another HARVEY & MAX piece you'll love.
Store credit will be issued once your returned item has been received and approved.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll absolutely make it right. We're happy to offer a replacement, store credit or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you quickly.
A Quick Note on Fit
Most of our pieces are made to order, so we don't hold large amounts of stock. To help you choose the perfect fit, we recommend checking our size guides carefully before purchasing.

Return Timeframe
Returns must be lodged within 30 days from delivery date.
